What will I learn? What's the schedule? What topics are discussed? How can I prepare?
Having a sense of curiosity is critical for auditing professionals. So it's only natural that you have questions before starting a week-long training course. We encourage curiosity and will do what we can to prepare you for your first day.
The learning objectives of this course have been classified using Bloom's Taxonomy of Cognition. Course objectives are at all levels of the taxonomy but will focus on the top four: application, analysis, evaluation, and creation.

Each day will begin at 9 AM and, with the exception of the last day, will continue until about 5 PM; Day 5 ends at 12:30 PM. There will be plenty of time for questions as well as an extended break each afternoon (so you can stay caught up with email and telephone calls).

Based on ISO 19011, Guidelines for Auditing Management Systems, and the ASQ Certified Quality Auditor Body of Knowledge, this course will consider the essential elements for improving auditor competence, confidence, and performance. In short, the course prepares you for auditor excellence.
